Remember the Lord on Earth Day.

Sanctified believers wholeheartedly believe that the Lord is always at His best.

When God created Heaven and earth, He was at His best.

When God flung the stars into the sky, lit the moon and ignited the sun, He was at His best.

When God said, “Let there be light” (Genesis 1:1-3), He was at His best.

“For the Lord is a great God, and a great king above all gods. In His hand are the deep places of the earth; the strength of the hills is His also. The sea is His and He made it; and His hands formed the dry land.” (Psalm 95:3-5)

“He stretcheth out the north over the empty place and hangeth the earth upon nothing.” (Job 26:7)

The great C. S. Lewis explains, “the whole universe–the very conditions of time and space under which it exists–are produced by the will of a perfect, timeless, unconditioned God who is above and outside all that He makes.” (Words To Live By: A Guide For The Merely Christian, 2007)

“For thus saith the Lord that created the heavens; God Himself that formed the earth and made it; He hath established it; He created it not in vain, He created it to be inhabited: I am the Lord and there is none else.” (Isaiah 45:18)

The earth is the Lord’s and the fullness thereof, the world and they that dwell therein.” Psalm 24:1
